Winter is setting in here in Western Australian and while we are under considerably lighter restrictions than our friends around the world our movements have still been limited during this time.
Winter has always been a time to pause, to reflect on the year behind and the one ahead. Its is also time when our health needs that extra little bit of TLC. Honey, lemon and Ginger tea can help:

Here is our recipe for Honey, Lemon, Ginger tea, enjoy with a good book in your favorite arm chair by the fire.
Ingredients
1 piece of fresh ginger (approx 2.5cm)
1 lemon juiced
Honey to taste
Method
Grate ginger, add to meshed teapot or holder and pour over one cup of hot water and leave to steep for two minutes, add freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey to taste and take to comfy chair. Apply blanket to knees, inhale that delicious ginger tea steam, sip and turn to the page in your book. Continue to read and sip until done. Enjoy!
