Tea Time Press was born from a simple belief: publishing should be personal, authentic, and centered on the author’s vision.
I’m Vanessa McKay, author, editor, and founder of Tea Time Press. My journey began as a writer of contemporary fiction, which led me to develop “The Creative Writing Toolkit” and later become the Editor-in-Chief of Martial Arts Magazine Australia. Through these experiences, I discovered my passion for helping other writers bring their stories to life.
Unlike large publishing services that prioritise volume over vision, Tea Time Press was created to be different. Here, your manuscript isn’t passed through a production line of disconnected contractors. Instead, you’ll work directly with me and my small team of trusted collaborators to craft a book that truly represents your voice and vision.
